How to Participate
To participate in the Contest, the Participant must complete the following steps:
- Follow Zupee’s official Instagram account (@Zupee_Official).
- Provide the correct answer to the riddle in the comment section below.
The winner will be chosen through a lucky draw from those who have provided the correct answer in the comments.
Note: Only genuine accounts will be considered (no contest-only accounts will be considered).
Eligibility: The Contest is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
The contest commences on 14th December 2024 and shall end on 15th December 2024. Winners shall be announced on 16th December 2024.
Terms & Conditions
- Introduction: By participating in the Zupee Instagram Contest (“Contest”), you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”). By participating in this Contest, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these T&Cs.
- Content Guidelines: Content of the comment must not contain any material targeting or referring to minors, must not depict real-money gaming as an income opportunity, any explicit, offensive, obscene or inappropriate material, including but not limited to pornography, hate speech, or religious and political content, or any content that is defamatory, paedophilic, invasive of another’s privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, libelous, racially or ethnically objectionable, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling/betting/any games of chance, or otherwise inconsistent with or contrary to the laws in force, any state-wise anti-gambling laws, laws regarding advertising real money games, or laws regarding surrogate advertising. Content shall not infringe any patent, trademark, copyright of other proprietary rights of another or threaten the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order. Content shall not make any direct or indirect mention of Zupee’s competitors including but not limited to any platform providing directly or indirectly engaged in the business of operating, hosting and marketing any online games including without limitation casual games/casual board games, fantasy, rummy, poker, card games, dice games, all free to play/freemium format of all skill based real money games, free to play casual games/casual board games, all real money gaming (RMG) and non-RMG Ludo game operators, or any surrogate brands/products of any competitor.
- Selection and Notification of Winners: Zupee reserves the right to select the winner at its sole discretion. Zupee’s decision shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. The winner will be announced on Zupee’s official Instagram account and Zupee will notify the winner via a direct message on Instagram. The winner must respond within 24 hours of receiving the message. If no response is received within this time frame, Zupee reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
- Prize: The winner will receive the prize as announced by Zupee on their official Instagram page. The prizes are subject to availability and can be altered or modified at the discretion of Zupee. In the event of unavailability of the prizes, Zupee reserves the right to disburse the prizes in cash.
- General Terms: a) Zupee reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the T&Cs or engages in fraudulent activities. b) Zupee reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest at any time without prior notice. c) Zupee will not be liable for any technical errors, network problems, or other factors beyond the control of Zupee. d) Participants agree to hold Zupee, its affiliates, directors and employees harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from their participation, e) Participants must provide accurate information during the registration process.
- Publicity & Promotion: By entering the Contest, you consent to the collection and use of their information in line with Zupee’s Privacy Policy. By participating in the Contest, you agree that all content submitted becomes the property of Zupee. Zupee reserves the right to use, reproduce, and distribute the content in any form without additional compensation or consent. Each Participant agrees to assign all the intellectual property rights in the Content created during the Contest period exclusively to us. You agree to allow Zupee to use your name, Instagram handle and submitted content for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes across various media channels.
- Governing Law and Disputes: These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
