1. Eligibility
Zupee GOATiS (the “Contest”) is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Participants must provide accurate information during the registration process.
2. Registration
Registration for the contest commences on 25th OCT 2024 and closes on November 10th. Participants are requested to complete the registration form for tracking and reaching out to winners
2. Content Submission
Participants are required to post the content from November 10th. 2024 onwards until December 5th, 2024 (“Contest Period”). All content must be original and created by the participant and should not infringe intellectual property rights of any third party.
Participants must post their content on their social media accounts and tag the official brand handles, using the designated hashtags provided in the Contest materials.
3. Content Guidelines
Submitted content must not contain any explicit, offensive, obscene or inappropriate material, including but not limited to pornography, hate speech, or religious and political content or any content that contravene any applicable laws.
Content must align with the theme of the Contest and the content guidelines, issued from time to time, and must not infringe rights of any third party and applicable laws.
Request you to please use the logo provided by us for the content to be created pursuant to this Contest.
4. Content Ownership
By participating in the Contest, participants agree that all content submitted becomes the property of Zupee. Zupee reserves the right to use, reproduce, and distribute the content in any form without additional compensation or consent.
Each Participant agrees to assign all the intellectual property rights in the Content created during the Contest Period exclusively to us.
The Logo or any mark, along with all associated goodwill, and all right, title, and interest therein, shall remain our exclusive property. Any goodwill arising from your use of the Logo shall inure solely to our benefit. You shall not use the Logo in any manner that, in our sole discretion, may damage or diminish such goodwill. You are required to take all reasonable steps to notify us of any suspected infringement or challenge to our rights in the Logo of which you become aware. We reserve the exclusive right to control and direct any action related to the Logo, at our sole discretion.
5. Judging Criteria
Winners will be selected based on, among others, creativity, originality, and engagement levels. We reserve the right to disqualify or reject any Content contravening the content guidelines, applicable laws and other guidelines issued by us, from time to time. Zupee’s decision regarding the selection of winners is final and binding.
Winners will be declared through a score calculated based on an engagement score calculated based on likes, comments, and shares on the content created

For eg is a post has 5 likes, 2 comments, and 1 share the score will be 125 points Only the Posts using the hashtag #ZupeeGOATIS will be considered
6. Timelines and Winner Announcement

| Prize distribution 10th December Interviews for a full-time position 10th to 20th December |
Engagement between 5th December to 10th November will only be considered Winners will be announced on December 7th. The decision of the judges is final and binding.
7. Prizes
The date and time for distribution of the prize will be communicated by us to the winner. . Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize, or it may lead to forfeiture of the prize.
8. Privacy
By entering the Contest, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Participants’ content may be shared on social media and other promotional platforms.
9. Limitation of Liability
Zupee is not responsible for any technical issues or failures that may prevent participation in the Contest. Participants agree to hold Zupee, its affiliates, directors and employees harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from their participation.
10. Amendments
Zupee reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated via official channels.
11. Agreement to Terms
By registering for the Contest, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of India, and all disputes arising out of, or in connection with the Contest or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
